Delete your T.I.S.M. account

You can request permanent deletion even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Delete inside the app

Sign in, open the Account panel, scroll to the deletion section and choose “Delete account.” The app will ask you to confirm before deletion.

Request deletion on the web

Email CewpidzEnvy@outlook.com from the address used for your T.I.S.M. account. Include the account email and display name if known. Never send your password.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete the Supabase authentication account and associated T.I.S.M. profile, preferences, saved content, RSVP data, giveaway entries and registered notification devices connected to that account.

What may be retained

Limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation or legal records may be retained only when reasonably necessary or required by law. They are not retained for continued profile use.

Timing

We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days and may contact you only to verify account ownership or clarify the request.
