Privacy Policy

This policy explains how T.I.S.M. handles information when you use the website or Android app.

Information we collect

Account and identity information: email address, account identifier, display name, and linked sign-in providers such as Discord, Twitch or Google when you choose to connect them.

Profile and community content: avatar, bio, social links, profile privacy setting, reports, giveaway entries and other information you choose to submit.

App activity and preferences: favourite Founders, saved events, clips or merchandise, RSVP and attendance choices, notification preferences, in-app notification state and community reward activity.

Device and technical information: notification registration tokens, platform type, timestamps, security records, audit records, request failures and service-health information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide profiles and saved content, deliver notifications you select, administer events and giveaways, moderate community content, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and maintain the app.

Service providers and external platforms

We use Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 for application processing, records and media, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Optional Discord verification may send a linked Discord identifier to Discord to confirm server membership. Twitch integration retrieves public stream and clip information. External services have their own privacy policies.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate the app, when you request an external integration, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. We use authentication, access controls, environment separation and administrative audit records. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.

Retention and deletion

Account profile data, saved content and notification devices remain while the account is active. You can permanently delete your account from the Account panel. You can also request deletion without the app at the account deletion page. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security or resolving disputes.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, change privacy and notification settings, remove registered devices, delete saved items, disconnect supported identities and delete your account.

Children

T.I.S.M. is not directed to children under the minimum age stated in the community rules. We do not knowingly permit child sexual abuse or exploitation content. Review the Child Safety Standards.

International processing

The service is operated from Australia and uses providers that may process information in other countries. Their legal protections may differ from those in your location.
