Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of T.I.S.M.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Rules and Child Safety Standards.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age in the Community Rules and be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for accurate information, your login credentials and activity performed through your account.

Community conduct and user content

You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, discriminate, publish unlawful or harmful material, expose private information, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. You grant us permission to host and display content you submit only as needed to operate the service. You retain responsibility for that content.

We may review reports, restrict visibility, suspend access or remove content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the community or comply with law.

Child safety

Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors, sextortion, trafficking and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited. Review our Child Safety Standards for reporting information.

Events, rewards and giveaways

Events may change or be cancelled. Giveaway eligibility, dates, prizes and additional rules are shown with the relevant giveaway. Entries may be disqualified for duplicate entry, false information, failure to meet eligibility rules or abuse. Community points have no cash value unless expressly stated.

External services, streams and merchandise

The app may open Twitch, Discord, Google, external merchandise stores and other third-party services. Those services control their own accounts, content, purchases, refunds, availability and privacy practices. Physical-goods transactions are completed by the external seller.

Intellectual property

T.I.S.M. branding, original artwork, app design and original community materials belong to their respective owners. Twitch clips and third-party marks remain the property of their owners and are displayed or linked subject to applicable permissions and platform terms.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, interrupted or discontinued. We may change features and these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Account deletion information is available at the account deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer laws that apply to you.
