Need help with your T.I.S.M. account, notifications, saved items, events or community content? Use the options below.
Sign-in help
Check your email spelling, use “Forgot password?” in the Account panel and confirm your email if you have just registered.
App or notification problems
Fully close and reopen the app, confirm you have an internet connection, and check Android notification permission and your in-app alert preferences.
Content or safety reports
Use the in-app Report control where available. For urgent safety concerns, contact the team directly and include the affected profile or content link.
Account deletion
Delete your account from the Account panel or use the public account deletion request page.
